Structural Design
Our design team drafts the die-line and 3D render, engineered around load, stacking and shelf presence.
Sampling
A physical prototype is cut and folded by hand so you can test-fit your product before tooling is finalised.
Production
Approved specs move to the floor — corrugation, lamination or rigid wrapping, run at production scale.
Printing
Offset, flexo or digital print applied in-line, with Pantone-matched colour and finishing like foil or spot UV.
Quality Inspection
Every batch is checked for crush strength, print registration and die accuracy against your approved sample.
Packing
Finished cartons are bundled, palletised and shrink-wrapped to your warehouse's receiving standard.
Delivery
Dispatched via our freight network with tracked documentation, on the date confirmed at order sign-off.
